44 Berkeley Square is a grade 1 listed building. There are no provisions for disabled access as the building fabric and access routes do not provide adequate space for wheelchair or less abled guest access.

The existing building fabric restricts the provisions such as disabled lifts from being installed due to the restricted space that exists within the Berkeley Square lightwell.
